Demonstration

  1. A simple press on the venthole, which acts as a pump, allows for the effortless delivery of an instant dose.

  2. Ambient air no longer enters through the outlet opening thanks to the deformation of the pouch, which has no shape memory, and to pressure equalization through the vent hole.

  3. Ease of use is maintained until the last dose thanks to the pouch which acts like a flexible piston, pushing the cream out with each press.

  4. At the end of use, the tube is empty (>95%) but Tubairless has retained its shape and ergonomics.

Manufacturing process

Tubairless is the result of an exclusive manufacturing process that transforms a standard tube by adding an integrated Airless system composed of:

 

  1. a thin, flexible pouch

  2. an venthole

  3. a valve

Tubairless filling

Tubairless is filled like a bottle or a tottle from the top on standard bottling lines equipped with:

  1. pucks

  2. filling nozzles adapted to the neck of the tube
